great access to parks and a charming beach boardwalk

I had such a lovely visit, especially enjoying the big picture window in my clean room and the comfortable bed that made my stay even more relaxing, making my strolls to the beautiful St Johns County Ocean Pier less than a 5-minute walk away truly delightful.

i stayed at ocean breeze inn for 14 nights and loved how close it was to the beach park. the friendly staff always made me feel welcome, and the light breakfast every morning was a nice touch. having a pool and access to a washer and dryer was great too!

The King room was surprisingly spacious for just one bed. The mattress and pillows were comfy, which was a nice surprise. The bathroom had a good shower and everything seemed cleaner than expected from the outside. But there was an old smell lingering, which wasn't great. Also, the breakfast options were pretty basic and kinda disappointing. The location is a win though, super close to the beach and pier!

We really enjoyed our family trip and loved visiting the Fountain of Youth. It was fascinating to learn about the history while our dog enjoyed the spacious outdoor area. The pool was also a hit with the kids, providing perfect downtime after beach activities.

For dads, it would be great if the laundry facilities offered a change machine. My kids wished for a bit more comfort in our room's amenities.

I loved how clean the room was and the friendly staff who always made me feel welcome. The Ocean Breeze Inn is conveniently located just across from the beach, making it easy for me to enjoy seaside walks.

I enjoyed my stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The beds were comfy and the room was very clean. The location was great, right across from the beach. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would stay again! 🌟

Family with children looking for decent stay

I stayed here for 6 nights with my family, and let me tell you, it was alright. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and some good eateries. Clean rooms, comfortable beds for the kids, and a small but nice pool made it quite acceptable overall.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable considering the quality.

Staying here puts you just a hop, skip, and jump from the beach—absolutely perfect for a chill day in the sun! Plus, the location is a goldmine for local eats—you've got Harvest & Reel and Castaway Cantina just a short stroll away, offering some killer bites! 🌊

Now, about that pool. let’s just say, it could use a bit of scrubbing! Also, keep your cash on hand for parking—a sneaky $10 a day fee popped up while we were there, kinda felt like they were fishing for extra bucks.

Unfortunately, breakfast was limited to a small yogurt and a poor-quality coffee that left much to be desired, which was disappointing. The staff's indifference during check-in added a slightly negative touch to the experience.

Great pool and clean rooms, but parking fee was unexpected. Free Wi-Fi helped us.
